How to Hide Assets in a Divorce
1. Place money from an existing joint account or personal account in somebody else's bank account until after the divorce is final. Do not use a personal check or money order. Withdraw cash and deposit the cash in the friend's account.
2
2. Open a bank account in Canada or even Switzerland and transfer all money to those new bank accounts. Do not do a transfer from an existing bank account or it can be traced. Withdraw the money and go to a different bank or a Western Union to wire the money to the new bank accounts.
3
3. Rent a new and unknown safety deposit box at a bank in the next community. Keep valuables and money in the box until long after the divorce.
4. Business income can be reinvested in the business if the spouse is not holding any part of it. The business can also transfer funds to a Swiss bank account without suspicion. Liquefy some assets for the business and transfer that money to the bank account as well.
5. Talk with an employer to delay any bonuses or raises. Try to work for cash and payroll to lower the income level. Set up a payment plan with a friend for a debt and transfer money to that person as payment.
6. Set up a secret PayPal account with a email address only you know. Then transfer money into it.
7. Convert cash into Casino Chips to redeem at a later date.
8. Many stores will let you get some cash back when charging, you can get $20 or $40 on a regular basis and nobody will know. Check your statement to make sure the "cash back" isn't noted anywhere to give you away. Put into a safety deposit box...Save away!
