Include The Following in a Prenutial Agreeement:

Infidelity Clause: In case of infidelity The future spouse will have to agree to  less than half the assets. Offer 10% of marital assets. No more affairs and half ithe assets in the divorce.

Retirement Accounts: Never have a single retirment account. You must agree to fund two seperate but equal retirement accounts. Even if you are married a short time a spouse is entitled to half your retirement at 65!

Sex: Even put them minimum amount of sex required for the relationship in a prenuptial agreement.

Child Support: In case of divorce.....Require the Spouse to work and fund Child Support, College Funds, Medical and Insurance etc. No more marrying up and be a Stay at Home Mom. It's the 21st century and women are able bodied and should work to supprt their children just like men. No Exceptions Period.
